1.XI will Comes under Process integration.
2.Ep Will comes under people integration.
3.MDM will comes under Information integration.
SAP Exchange Infrastructure (SAP XI) enables you to
implement cross-system processes. It enables you to connect
systems from different vendors (non-SAP and SAP) in
different versions and implemented in different programming
languages (Java, ABAP, and so on) to each other. SAP
Exchange Infrastructure is based on an open architecture,
uses open standards (in particular those from the XML and
Java environments) and offers those services that are
essential in a heterogeneous and complex system landscape
Enterprise Portal:Enterprise Portal supports the fast and
smooth implementation of a key SAP NetWeaver solution, the
SAP Enterprise Portal, by companies of all sizes. Using an
easy, step-by-step approach, SAP Best Practices provides
both documentation and portal content to deploy valuable
business scenarios.

Hi,
Here is you answer:
XI: SAP Exchange Infrastructure (SAP XI) is SAP's enterprise application integration (EAI) software, a component of the NetWeaver product group used to facilitate the exchange of information among a company's internal software and systems and those of external parties.
EP: Usage types EP Core (EPC) and Enterprise Portal (EP) bring SAP NetWeaver and applications running in it to the user in a uniform and consistent manner. They also provide the tools to manage this knowledge, to analyze and interrelate it, and to share and collaborate on the basis of it.
MDM: SAP Master Data Management (SAP MDM) <a href=http://mindmajix.com/sap-mdm-interview-questions>check this site </a>Mindmajix for interview questions
enables information integrity across the business network, in a heterogeneous IT landscape. SAP MDM helps to define the business network environment based on generic and industry specific business elements and related attributes – called master data. Master data, for example, cover business partner information, product masters, product structures, or technical asset information. SAP MDM enables the sharing of harmonized master data, formerly trapped in multiple systems, and ensures cross system data consistency regardless of physical system location and vendor. It helps to align master data by providing services that recognize identical master data objects and keep them consistent. In addition, it enables the federation of business processes, by providing consistent distribution mechanisms of master data objects into other systems, within the company and across company boundaries.
