UAT is nothing but user acceptance testing, testing by
client side or enduser that is called UAT
IST is nothing but integration system testing testing all
integration part or module of the application, two or more
modules combine together and testing is called integration
system testing, for example if you entering customer age
in the application and verifying whether it has get updated
in the user information page or checking database.

IST and UAT are both test environments, but the testing done in IST should happen before testing is done in UAT. Another difference is that IST testing verifies that the technology is working, whereas UAT verifies that the solution delivers the required business requirements to the customer.
