COD is Chemical Oxygen Demand and BOD is Biological Oxygen Demand.
Procedure for BOD are;
(1)Preparation of dilution water
(2)Neutralization of the sample
(3)Blank solution preparation without microorganism
(4)Determine DO sample of blank for initially and after 5 days
(5)DO depletion due to the action of micro organism alone.
