because the date for the cration of bom is not in the past date.

Check whether item category "L" is mainatined or not, if mainatined still problem exists then check the date of BOM.

Item details ->material data-> components->then it will automatically show the quantities->explode bom

Check in PO you have select item category "L" or BOM date is outdated
