No we cant assing one sales organisation to different company code , we can assign many sales organisation to one company.
Sales organisation and distribution channel will be assigned to plant . The relationship is many to many .one sales org can have Many Plants and One Plant can be assigned to Many Sales. Org/D.channels.

I am trying create out bond delivery with reference of standard order. when I am putting recorded shipping point, its not allowing and text message showing that item delivery split because different shipping points. Hi guys. When ever i want to delete the assignment Plant to shipping point i am unable to do that. System shows me "shipping point 0001 is still assigned to a picking location. How can i rectify this problem. Pls tell me. Thanks
