Execute t-code SCCR_LOCK,this client will be locked.
To delete Client,
Login to client you want to delete.
Execute t-code SCC5.

LOCK A CLIENT :-
SU01--> Give user name in USERNAME Field --> click on top LOCK icon
DELETE A CLIENT:-
logon--> SCC5 --> Give Client id & click delete client from T000 table --> delete in background/start immediately
