If user don't have the access of su53 and sto1 then the user administrator can find the missing authorization.
He execute the tcode su53 after open the screen he click the F5 button then it asks the another user. Now you enter the user name

AS a Admin i have the authoriztion to execuite su53 ..
If in case end user doent have the auth to execuite su53 admin have to execute su53 and press F5 and exter the end user name then execuite here he can find the last auth chek

Add transaction SU53 to user profile. And get su53 screenshot from user, and then execute SUIM to find missing authorization.
