1.Providing solution for user generated errors on various subjects like Pricing, document types, item categories, sheduline categories.
2.Proactively discussed critical issues with seniors for timely resolution
3.maintain SLA(Service Level Agreement)
4.Handling the tickets on daily basis
5.If user provided information is not sufficiant , then we coordinate with users for getting more information for timely resolution
6.If client is asking for any Change request the we've to prepare Change request document.

Implementation Projec: 1.As a consultant we are involve from BBP(Business Blue Print) Phase
In this phase implementation partner will provide the questionaire through this we've to ask the questions one by one
And what ever core user explains we've to note it down and prepare AS-IS document
AS-IS document consist of present client business process what ever core user explains
Through this we've to prepare BBP document
BBP document consist of AS-IS and TO-BE
TO-BE document consist of how the client businees process going tobe in sap
while creating TO-BE document we find some gaps
GAP means any client requirement if there is solution from sap then we call it as GAP
when ever we find GAP the we've to prepare GAP analysis document

They are asking/ insisting for most difficult & typical tickets and asking about my analysis and how I resolved that ticket? If you have any difficult tickets which can be easily explainable in an interview then provide me 2-3 Typical & Difficult tickets relevant to SD Module. This is a crucial question in any interview as it is deciding the fate of the candidate success or failure in any interview. If we are telling some simple tickets they are asking for most difficult ones and they are not satisfied with such easy tickets. I have created value contract with order type WK1 in VA41. The target value is 500 USD and the net price is 1000 USD. There was no pop up message or error thrown while saving the contract when the net price exceeded the target value. And the system allowed to save the contract. Is there any configuration available to activate the warning or error message or any enhancement need to be done?
