what is difference between uv , pda & ri detector ?
Answer / kishor solanke (alkem)
In UV it shows the detector response (peak/s) only at the
programmable wavenength only with two dimentional view.
In case of PDA detector the detector response shows at
variable wavelengths in UV region (190nm-400nm)with three
dimentional view.
In RI detector it not worked on wavelength basis but worked
on polarity & sensitivity basis.
