What is the reason of combine sales org, combine dc, combine
div because if we combine these every time we have to assign
the document types with it? So what is the benefit of
combining this?

i did not get the question .....by combining ..did you mean
setting up the sales area? or setting up common DC /
Div ...extending Sales org ?
either wasys we do so to keep the system performance up
because a heavy master data would result in heavy
performance issues of the system.

This configuration make easy for you to access each sales
doc type for all sales org and you need to assign sales doc
types all sales area combinations.

it may be a time consumption for the consultant to assign all allowed sales document to all sales area,so as to avoid this kind of time consumption process,sap has delivered feature called reference sales area,which can be form by combining reference sales org,reference D.C and Ref Division.and allowed sales document are going to be assigned to that reference Sales area only once.consequently system will assign all document to all other sales area internally.so that users can perform all documents under all sales area.
