According to IEEE Standard IEEE 829-1998 Test Plan Consist
of 16 contents, according to those contents in order it is
easy to write a test plan and it is easy to follow and
create and a test plan.

C.) Test Strategy, features to be tested, features not to be
tested, hardware, software, risk and contingency, test
deliverables, schedules, test environment, reference and
approval.
D.) Test plan is used to plan the testing process, to carry
out testing with a
process oriented approach and the testing process
effectively. It decides the resources required, types of
tools to be used, types of tests to be conducted. An
acceptance plan is derived from a test plan.
