SM50 used to monitor instance specific workprcesses.
SM66 to monitor workprocess of all instances.. but here we see long running processes only. here we monitor the memory flips.

In SM50, we can see the available work processes means which
are in waiting status for an instance only.
In SM66, we can see all the work processes which are running
or stopped but not waiting for all instances. Means used
work process.

a transport request is imported, it should have finished in 30 min but it is running for one day(it is running in quality system and it has the transport directory local)you see the slog and all logs are showing that import is processing....and it does not show any error...how will you troubleshoot it?
