Vaccum oven(LOD) is used to measure the amount of water &
volatile matters present in the given sample. It requires
certain limited Temperature.Other wise the sample may be
degraded and it will become unable to detect the warer and
volatile impurities .(IN hot air oven the temperature
control is not maintained)Therefore we have to use Vaccum
oven .
