For the purpose of sending an email directly
once the sales order is saved, please follow these steps.

1. Go to VV31 condition record and fill the output type as RD00

There it will have these columns.

Billing type (for eg. F2), Function (e.g. Sold to party), Partner (customer number), Medium (Print, email,Fax, etc), Date/time, and Language.

Fill all these fields and you should be able to send the email directly to customer, once the sales order is saved.

Email address of the customer or Fax number is saved in Customer master, it will fetch from there.

Hi , i am new to sap sd , i have 2 questions, 1 . When i was trying to create my customer acount i am not getting my pf in under parner tab of sales area data. 2 . When i am using already created pf sp it is showing my pf but it is asking to give reconciliation acount , where to create this acount Can any one please put some focus on thease questions Advance thanks, immediate answer would be appreciated

Tell me about the most difficult(typical) ticket you have faced till date in your support project? I have advance payment scenario where customer want advance payment cannot be used against another sales order and against any credit limit. Let me put one example. Customer X is having credit limit of 1000 USD, if my client is received customized product order then he will take advance for this special order but customer X is already enjoying credit limit of 1000 USD. In this scenario my client wants advance payment received cannot use against any sales order and against any credit limit. If I will post advance payment in F-29 then customer credit exposure will decrease against credit limit in FD32 which will affect normal sales order credit limit. Here customer does not want to utilize advance payment against credit limit of customer which is use for normal sales order. Please suggest

While creating a sales order,if the credit limit already crossed for that particular customer a error come that "Credit limite exceeded(Data cannot be saved).How the system know and this mesage came.What setting we have to do in back ground for this error message
