SETTINGS --> MAINTAIN NO RANGE INTERVAL ,, THROUGH THAT WE
CAN CREATE NUMBER.
THIS NUMBER ASSIGNED FOR EMPLOYEES ..
PERSONNEL ID IS ASSIGNED TO EMPLOYEE FOR EMPLOYEE IN THE
