Invoice Verification (MM-IV)
Assignment of a material to a group of G/L accounts

With other factors, the valuation class determines the G/L
accounts that are updated as a result of a valuation-
relevant transaction or event such as a goods movement.

The valuation class makes it possible to:


Post the stock values of materials of the same material
type to different G/L accounts
Post the stock values of materials of different material
types to the same G/L account

Valuation class is group of material with the same account
determination.

The link between the valuation class and material group
will establish through the account category referance.

We will assign valuation class to account category
referance and in turn account category referance is
assigned to material group.

At the time creation of material by using the material
group,all the valuation classes are defaulted based on the
account category referance.Since account category referance
is assigne to material group.

Finally in OBYC T.Code we will give account determination
for auto posting to GL Accounts to this valuation class.

Can anyone tell me please how can I go and introduce the discount condition type in the pricing procedure and how it’s going to impact with tax all the pricing getting to calculate in the order? customer ordered quantity 50 for material A but avaialable stock is 20 if the company decided to get the remainig stock from an external vendor i.e 30 in third party process how to complete this order pls explain in detail how purchase requisition, purcchase order is created in this senario,how are schedule lines carried out? how is total ordered quantity delivered to the customer? how is billing done in this process??
