An incomplete document may be park in SAP system without
carrying out extesive entry check. It can be completed,
cheched and then be posted at later date by a different A/C
clerk.
When a document park, data is not updated.Exception TR-CM
data. Park documents can be evaluated and can be used for
the advance tax reporting.In a park document a number is
assigned by the system or external assignment.
one can hold a document by temporary saving. here A
document number is not assigned. Document is not available
for adv. tax reporting or can not be used as evaluation
purpose.

Parked Doc main Purpose is For authorization hear for Ex: A/c clorck enter the information related a/c after the clorck will park the document and sent to the higher authorities then he check the document and if any editing is require correct it and post the document .
And about Hold Doc when the information is not clear the user 'll hold the document hear no gl a/c's updated hear only document generated . after getting the total information the user 'll edit the document and post.
