SPam are used to import support packages and saint is used
to install Plug-ins and add-ons.

SPAM is for support patches and SAINT is for ADD-ONS.
There is no chance to apply the support patches through
SAINT.

Abap patchs can't be revert to earliler version, if need you can go with DB restore.

Spam is for applying support packs and Saint is used for applying add-ons, and u can't reduce the level of support pack because patches once applied can,t be revert back
