Hi My husband is in USA for couple of months on B1 visa.
We are having our anniversary in this suration and we want
to be together. My husband will get allowance of 110$ per
day which company is ready to give in writing. My husband
just has 2 years of experience so has only 1 year of ITR
statement and bank statements do not show heavy cash flow.
But the allowance that he wil be getting from the company
would be good enough for my stay and the travel. My husband
also has property in his name in India whose document xerox
i have. What could be the possible Q after seeing these
documents? and what should be my answer.

If the US visa officer says that " If I reject your visa" what shall we say in reply to his above question. Thanks Manasi
we planned our trip to us on june 15th 2009(booked the roundtrip ticket). we got an appoinment on june 8th 2009 for the interview.we can show all the documents clearly.but my doubt is only with the financial background.At present we saved 65000sr.could anyone say howmuch we have to show in our account for the interview or this money is enough.expecting a reply fast. thanks maya
Hi, I got B2 visa for ten years. I visited U.S three times and returned back within scheduled time stipulated by U.S immigration authorities. Last visit is from 8th May to Oct 20th of 2010. Need an opinion. My daughter is about 19 years old. She is studying in First Year Bachlor of Physiotherapy in Government Medical College. She has having her vacation in the month of July or August. Yet University has’t declare Vacation. Her vacation willl be only of 20 days. Would it be better for her to travel with us to USA Which will be the best option. In the case of younger applicants who may not have had aopportunity to establish such ties. Hi, I had submitted applications to sponsor visitor Visa for my parents. During the application process, I had selected Hyderabad as the consulate. I want to schedule an interview in kannada and since my parents are residents of Karnataka, I am being asked to take up an interview at Chennai. Since my application confirmation lists Hyderabad as the selected consulate, Will there be a problem if the interview is taken in Chennai. Please advice. Thank you
