Hi, I worked TCS BPO for only 30 days. After that i didnt go to office due to some family problem..

Answer / asha

First read your offer letter that whether you have to pay
any amount if you leave your job or think whether you have
sighned any bond, But according to TCS BPO-there is no bond.
I too worked in TCS. So according to me, they have informed
u to pay 20k, since you left the company without any
information. So dont worry about this! try a new job if you
didnt liked the environment there....

Dont let them know your future company that u works..and
there are many people upsconding from many BPO's since they
dont like the profile or environment. So there will no problem.

Dont worry..take care bye

I think if u want to come back to tcs anytime in future,
you have to pay or serve notice. Else, they will consider
you as absconded candidate and will not take u up in future.

Hi, I worked TCS BPO for only 30 days. After that i didnt go to office due to some family problem..

Answer / tcs

My Dear Friend,
Don't think so much. Does TCS care about you? They just
need money. Even though you will pay them, they will give
you experience letter on which it will be clearly mentioned
that you have niether served notice period nor paied any
money. :)

Just forgot the past things and move ahead. Best Wishes!

Hi, I worked TCS BPO for only 30 days. After that i didnt go to office due to some family problem..

Answer / bhavesh

Why you left TCS BPO I want to know reason apart from your family issue. TCS is very good org. according to policy it clearly mentioned that notice period is 3 month so if you void this rule you must have to pay, if you will pay there is a chance in future to come back to TCS even.
