I worked TCS BPO for only 30 days. After that i didnt go to
office due to some family problem. i send resign letter
through mail.I do not like the work environment too. after
a month i had received a letter from TCS that i need to pay
20,000 but i am unable to pay. Now i am searching other job?
I do not show the TCS experience in my resume. Just i want
to know whether its affect my career. If i wont pay TCS?
What will happen? Pls guide me

HOW TO CALCULATE PF OF A WORKER(Labour) WHOSE DAILY RATE IS 350.00?If his total working days for a month is 15 days? His total Basic wages comes = Rs.350.00x15=Rs.5250.00 As his Basic wages is less from Rs.6500.00 it is PF payable. Whether it is payable or not?

I faced a case : One person "P" registered for a plot amounted to almost Rs 400000 to a real state company, XYZ. But XYZ is unable to provide the plot even after 2 years. So they are returning back the money along with the interest. Interst amount is almost Rs 66000. XYZ company is deducting the TDS from the interest. Are this company is doing right by deducting the TDS from the interest income? The profile of person Case 1 : P is a student and don't have any income. Case 2 : P is earning more than 10000 pm if interest income is included.
