if we are not able to issue F form and Goods transfer treat as deeded sale and want to paid taxes on that sale. but local tax rate is Zero. in above situation I can transfer of goods without F Form and Without paying any tax ?

During an audit of a company, i saw a contractor consolidated invoice for installation at site in which it shows labour charges and goods supply separately and no service tax and vat is charged. The company pay the whole amount to contractor after deducting TDS. my question is whether WCT also deducted? if deducted at which rate if company in gurgaon?

From Buyer's point of view, In Interstate purchase to save tax we issue "C" form but at the same time can u tell me by allowing issuing "c" form govt bearing any losses in collection of taxes. e.g.while giving c form i only pay 2% instead of 12.5% the is it loss to govt of 10.5%, if yes then why govt. allowing "c" form, pls explain.
