hi! am SURESH, from Hyderabad. i completed my MCA in the
year 2008, but due to recession still i didnot get any job
in the IT field. So now, i need to work in order to help my
fimily financially! so i thought of shifting to the Bpo's.
So, in Bpo's if they ask about like this-"why ur selecting
this Bpo field instead of IT field" what i need to answer
to this question! please help me out!

Here you should not say that you want to shift to BPO because of recession. You should say, "this is the industry which is growing rapidly, which gives a good scope to grow,where I can best utilise my skills for the growth of the company along with my individual growth. It also provides good work environment and most importantly career opportunities. As I want to become a successful person, I need a platform to start with and I think this is the best platform to start with."

In this case u have to give first prefference your
financial problem and IT sector is very down. In same hand
u have to help your parents then obiously u going to select
BPO field and another thing this is very groing industry
