session they give two topics they are "i most embraced
moment in ur life"$ "the recently watched film".out of 60
they selected only one person. His name is Susheeth vs and he belongs from south.

->disadvantages.
->how to overcome.
whatever the topic they gave us,
We should think,how it come(source)..,
How it is useful(advantages)....,
how it harmful(disadvantages)...,
how to solve(how to over come)...,
conclusion(your ideas)...,
Depending upon the topic,we have to fallow the steps.

Hi to all

My self santhosh birru. I was attended JAM secession in HSBC, They told that choose your own topic, and i selected "SCHOOL DAYS". I would like to speak about my school days i used to go school regularly. I used to participate in games like vollyball, cricket etc. for that i got prize for that i felt very happy in  that time. I used to go to walk for 1 k.m daily to go to school.These were the short and sweet memories.

when v r in 2-2 v decided to go north india tour....
it was one of my amazing movments in my liffe
mainly m very proud to say dat i hav seen tajmahal...i never expected dat i c taj mahal
why it is good means it is complty in white marble
white clr indicates purity n dignity
that was complty 9 days tour....almost v coverd north side
and i like punjab very much
der people are very educated nin mannerfll manner...

i went to wipro for interview they ask us a small topic that is women empowerment so we should be speak 1 minute or 2 so under 15 they didn't selected i was spoken so fast so communication problem

so what i suggest is that u should prepare will...thank you and all the best..

Many know how to communicate in English but when it comes to jam sessions if suddenly an interviewer asks you to tell on a topic given by him/her many go dumb shorts of words and lack expressing properly it is simply because of that particular moment you are not connecting well its not that cant communicate.so guys those who are rejected in jam session don't be dejected my simple advise is to be calm,composed,use simple words,don't be in hurry avoid anxiety and try a few topics before you attend interview that will give you a little input and last and foremost be innovative because you don't know what is coming your way.

Recently i got a mail from a firm called ssiengg through Naukri. It had an attachment in it. It was a Job selection order in word document. I went through the whole letter in which it was said that i was provisionally selected for a job in their firm. It was the first ever selection letter i have received yet. So i was surprised and happy. But later i thought of searching in google about that. I later came to know that they are fake.Is it true. They have provided D.D in favour of----- and phone numbers...How they are cheating us?
