Listen what is more important in this questions is that the interviewer is trying to analyse the following:-
Clarity of speech
Sentence formation
Vocabulary
Thought flow
Body Language
Energy level etc
Why do they ask you such a silly question is coz its a movie you have seen and you know what to talk about.
Makes sure you explain about the movie at least for about 30 sec to a min so that it would be enough for them to grade you and the above mentioned parameters.
Dont be too casual as it can give a impression that your too casual or not matured.
You can let your energy be high as its not a negative aspect
Frame your sentences carefully and grammatically correct.
by following the above you should easily do well with this question.

loves herself than anything else in the world. She left
her home for the guy she loved. But the guy did not take
care of her and left her. In her journey she met another
businees man person who start loving her. There were many
misunderstandings between the family and the couple.
finaly they get married with each other.
