I have B1/B2 visa. I am needing to go to US soon and will
have to take my 5 years old son too. Right now, my son
doesn't have any US visa. I wish to know the procedure of
getting visa in his case.

My mother went for the interview for a B2 visa, all the documents were comepleted and i know B2 visas hardly gets rejected if the documents are complete. She was rejected a visa basis her salary which is pretty low as compared to her experience. She earns about 17 K in a month on papers. The consular said that her 15 year work ex with same company and less salary makes her not fit for a B2 visa. Is this a rule, if not, where can we file a grievance.
