hi guys...sorry for the delay..actually my interview was
over at 7 p.m. in evening..and just nw i came home...nw abt
the interview...my interview was nice..interview was
cool...they asked very general questions..i was in Venue - I:-
1. Speciality of my city and about my city ? (i am from
rajasthan)
2. why do u want to prefer banking job and that too for
clerical post as u are MBA Graduate?
3. What is Financial Inclusion?
4. Some history about Canara Bank??
5. If u r placed in rural areas, r u ready to go..
6. What is today's main headline?
7. Questions on Hobbies? (They asked what all u can cook and
who is ur idol in dancing as my hobbies are cooking and dancing)
8. What are the products of Canara Bank?

Thats it..Venue 1 people are very cool..but they are taking
too much time in interviewing a candidate..document
verification also had taken a long time..they called us at
12:30 p.m for interview..document verification started at 1
p.m..then uptill 2 p.m. they had gone for lunch..then
interview started at 3:30 and gets over around 7 or 7:30..my
interview was over at 7 p.m..and after me also 2 candidates
were there to b interview..plz check ur documents very
carefully and dont forget to post ur interview questions
here..i wl b waiting 4 ur questions..all the best priya and
gangesh...

VERY IMPORTANT- Hi guys i am selected in sbh i read in the advertisement that was published in employment news about clerical recruitment in sbi associate banks that the job will involve marketing flair ie. will require making calls, travelling a lot My questions are 1. is it a marketing job or clerical job 2. are they recruiting us for in the bank services or will make us travel like marketing people 3. i initially thought that my job will be like those people who i see in banks ie. cashier etc but after reading the advt carefully i guess the job is something different 4. please guys clarify my doubts .U may also assk ur friends selected in last years sbi recruitment drive as to what jobs are they assigned and whether the advt during their time also had similar description of the job.. HELP PLEASE..

i finished my interview on 8th may....... they asked me these questions...... 1)tell me abt urself(I andwered for 2 mins) 2)difference between 2g and 3g(3g is faster than 2g)i forgot to answer that 3g has more bandwidth and it is circuit switched network 3)what is the uniqueness of 500 rupees note (that circle at corner for blind people , wen in light the colour of 500 changes) 4)what is the technology of atm(i dont know) 5)what are the different types of deposits(Recurring and fixed deposits) 6)what is recent hockey tournament going on(this also i dont know) 7)who is leading in recent world chess championship(anand wen i saw but later i dont know who was leading) 8)who is topper in recent IAS exams?(i didnt answer) 9)what u consider as ur life time achievement? the panel was very soft......so no tension...... ALL THE BEST for the rest........
