A,B,C,D,E.such that, AB*CD=EEE. E*CD-AB=CC.
Find AB*D.
Answer is : BE.

AB*D= BE.
EEE can be 111, 222, 333, … , 999 or we can say that… 111= 37*03, 222= 37*06 , … & so on.
So, AB=37. To get CD exactly…apply given eqn to judge all possible cases. So, We get CD=12 & AB*D=37*2 = 74 = BE

there is a 4 inch cube painted on all sides. this is cut into no of 1 inch cubes. what is the no of cubes which have no pointed sides.
