How do you propose to compensate for your lack of
experience?

How do you propose to compensate for your lack of experience? ..

Answer / weincker

I know that a lot of companies in this industry require
years of experience. But there are benefits to being fresh.
I am very passionate about what I do. Everything is new to
me, so I am that much more excited to learn everything.
Experienced people, even though they're probably successful,
are not as willing to change. In fact, I don't think they're
as passionate about the job, because everything is normal to
them. We live in a changing world and if you're not
motivated to do well, I don't think the company can do well.
