Performing in teams is a reality that just about all of us
face, whether we work in large organizations or small,
public or private, for-profit or not. And working in teams
means finding a way of dealing with all sorts of
personalities and making the best of the situation to help
the team perform at the highest level. I understand that
the value of teamwork is the emergence of new ideas and
creative solutions as well as the sharing of the workload.
I seek out ways to learn to get along better with people
and to do a better job of collaborating, to be a better
team member.
