Ans:- spam is an unwanted e-mail messages, frequently with
commercial content, in large quantities to an
indiscriminate set of recipients.

computer virus is a self replicating program which that can
crash the system.

Ans:- Because it is one of the best companies in this field
and
it will provide growth for the Freshers also.

3:- Being a MCA graduate why you are looking for a call
center job?

Ans:- BPO is a fast growing sector. So there are alot of
oppurtunities for growth...besides,being a fresher..as i
have no work expeience ... working in a BPO will give me
feeling of office environment and help me a alot to learn
from my seniors...

4:- who is ur fav Cricketer and why?

Ans:- At present Dhoni seems to be my favourite cricketer
coz he
has won us T20 World Cup and Australian One Day Series. The
main quality is in his captaincy. As a captain, he don't
hesitate to tell Sachin and the senior players 'perform
well or get out of the team'; which I think is the key to
his captaincy and his success.

Ans:- A Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organisation is
responsible for performing a process or a part of a process
of another business organisation; outsourcing is done to
save on costs or gain in productivity.

A call centre performs that part of a client's business
which involves handling telephone calls. A call centre, for
example, might handle customer complaints coming in over a
telephone.

6:- what do you mean by firewall?

Ans:- It is a s/w ,which protects ur computer from
different spam
and from unauthorized access.
