You can avail 15 days leave only after your wife's delivery
for the first two children only.

You can get paternity leave 15 days before the delivery and
6 months after the delivery. This leave is meant for
attending to your wife and child during her(your wife)
confinement.

I have been selected for ACIO(Tech) Grade-II 2009 in IB/MHA. I was in reserve list. My police verification through IB was completed in March 2011. Still i did not get joining offer from IB. Is there anybody who is facing same problem?
