Obama had said that companies outsourcing jobs to overseas
destinations may lose tax benefits. This is a key provision
of US law that allows American companies to pay less taxes
for profits earned overseas.The plan also would make it
harder for individuals to stash money in overseas accounts
to avoid taxation.This action will make so many Indians
jobless.Thus worsens the condition of already crisis hit
Indian economy.

I think u can say US crisis and it's -ve
effect on IT sector.I am not sure about this answer.

doubt about character certificate..does the gazetted officer hav this cetificate (form) with him..so that he can fill in with our name n sign on it??? or shud we get it typed or wat??
