you cant issue c form for the purchase as the material is
used forthe own purpose. You can issue c form only when the
goods you are purchasing are purchased from outside the
state and they are again for the sake of resale or use in
manufacture

Where you have purchased either inter state or other state.
please clariy. If you purchase the materials from inter
state no need to issue 'C' form. Other state purchase 'C'
form will be applicable.

Hello Sir, If A is purchased Excise Duty paid goods i.e. H.R.Sheet. He want to sell the same as vat bill without excise. It can be possible.
In the case of bank fixed deposits,t.d.s. u/s194A ,is to be deducted whether on the basis of person ,as a person earns 50000 interest on 1 fd or on fixed deposit scheme as 10fds earn 200000 interest?
at the time of deduction TDS any type including Service tax or not
