Assesment year mean next to financial year e.g. if
financial year is 2008-2009 than Assesment year is 2009-
2010.

year
It is the period of 12 months commencing from the 1st day
of April immediately after the previous year For example
for previous year ending on 31-3-2009 the assessment year
will be 2009-2010
