It is 2% if 'c' form shall be given by buyer. If not it shall be same rate of VAT applicable in that state

In India, there is two type of sales tax
1) vat- value added tax(local sales tax)
VAT tax rate are 4%,12.5%,1%,20%
2) CST- central state tax
(when we transfer the goods to another state then CST is
applicabe)
with "C" form 2%
without "C" form 4%

3% without form C. Local Sale Tax is differentiate
