HI Guys.My H1B visa petition got approved for the year 2008-
2009. I am filling the application form consulte intervew.
the questions currently i am working X company and i have
applied for H1 visa through Y company. but before this i
have applied for L1 visa through X company and when it
comes to RFE the X company has withdrawn the petition from
the USCIS. So now while filling DS-156 there are questions
like 1. is u r visa cancelled or revoked before? 2. Is any
other has applied for Immigrant visa on behalf of you
before? so what answers i have to give for above questions
since my X company withdrawn L1 visa petition from USCIS.
if i say NO/YES what will be the problem. pls answer if
anybody experienced this.

I have got the approval on my H1B visa from a US company in 2010, and currently my Indian company is filing L1B petition. I didn't attend the H1B visa until now. What could be the H1B status, even after I receive my L1B visa. Will have H1B petition valid, and so I can go for interview whenever I wish ? Please let me know ASAP.

Hi All, I have attended for H1B yesterday in chennai consulate. Interviewer was not happy with the project desc and asked for more documents mostly abt company profile and complete desc.she asked me to drop them in the drop box in hyderabad consulate.but she said not to drop the passport. can anyone let me know what happens next. shall i consider it as lost as she didnt asked for passport? or after checking the documents will i be asked to appear again if she is ok with the docs? or how is it gonna be? Any one please let me know. Thanks in advance.
