Hi, I am a software engineer. And in due time i will apply
H1 visa. My concern over here is the spelling of my First
name and lastname are different in SSC, Diploma and
Engineering markesheets and certificates are different.
Will there be an issue if i apply for Visa aned what should
i do over here.

Yes there would be defenitely some problem. Make sure your
name is exactly same on all certificates.Apply to ur
corresponding universities. If you have one difference it
is ok, but you are telling ssc,diploma and marksheets all
are different.all the best

certainly there will be problem becoz name is only unique
identifier which proves the candidate true. As u r name
itself is different in variious certificates how can u
prove that ur only the true candidate.

Hi, I have 5 years work experience ( 2yrs in marketing and 3 yrs in BPO-technical support) and have been to California (currently holding B1 multiple entry visa for 10 years). Qualification: B.com (Computer's) Now I am planning to apply H1 visa. Looking for Desktop or Laptop technician job and hunting for sponsor. 1)Would I be eligible to apply for H1 visa? 2)Will US companies consider my BPO experience? 3)Shall I visit US again then look for the job and then come back to India then file H1 application? hi i have a valid H1B petition.(approved on oct 2010) It is approved for California location for a client A. Now i could not go for the client A since project is not available. I got project for client B in same california location but different city. I have filed fresh LCA now. after going to US my job involves frequent short travel to other states / cities for the support work. Can any one help me * Do i need to apply for fresh LCA if the client name changes & location ( changes within the state CA) * Can i travel to other states and cities for short term support work ( 2 weeks maximum ) * Possiblities of getting the visa in my case?
