Answer / james

It depends on what goals you pursue.
My experience is its better to separately utilize systems
in order to get better clarity and results .
Having tried like a dozen of services my choice is BUGtrack

Answer / scott

Of course, a test management system integrated with a bug
tracking tool. There is no doubt about it. And if you
choose www.getzephyr.com you will get a slick UI with live
tracking, instant collaboration, and above all integration
to Bugzilla.
