TELL ME SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR STRENGTH AND WEAKNESS

My strength, i am very much dedicated towards my work
§ My confidence and positive attitude. I never give up in
life at any cost. When I joined Reliance as a fresher in BPO
field there was one campaign going on to motivate new
comers. Under that campaign HOD declared 5,000 Rs cash
prise. I was the only person who won that challenge.
§ I have a habit, when I take up some work, I make sure that
I do it very well.. I was working for Cipla Company. The
company is based in Karjat. It is somearound 28 Km away from
Hometown. So many people left company because of travelling
issue. I was totally new in that field and area. Company
staff told that me if there will be workload then I need to
stay in company till the work is completed. I used to catch
a bus but the bus stop was 2 Km away from the company.
Karjat is like a village. In that place you will not find
many more travelling option after 6 pm. When there was
workload in company I used to stay in company till 9 pm.
When my senior was allowing me to go at that time I was
leaving company. After doing all this stuff I was reaching
home after 11 pm. Thought I was going on work on time. I did
not give in.

§ Being a determined person is my weakness. When I take up
some commitment, I invest so much energy, hardwork and
efforts in it that I sometimes neglect my personal life,
social life, health and family life. I still remember I have
not visited my very close friend since last 2 years. My
strength of being a determined person is also my weakness.
My mother tells me that I spend a lot of money. I think she
is right and but from other perspective, I think what I am
doing is also right. Whenever I buy something – clothes,
watches, shoes, I buy best quality products, and good
products or services are always expensive. My second
weakness is that I spend a lot of money on quality products.

I trust people very easily, but as I am aware of my
weakness, I am also working on that. In my daily affairs I
don’t listen & act on my Impulsive thinking, rather analyse
the issue/things & act accordingly.

WHY DO YOU WANT TO LEAVE CURRENT COMPANY

I want to be more successful in my life to reach the high
level socity that ferm was not suatable.and pay scale
acording to work was not sufficiant.

I was very comfortable with my previous job and did my best
to pursue some knowledge in working with that organisation
it also helped me in earning some money i just dont want to
stop my journey with the same knowledge which i did learn
in the previous organisation i want to improve my knowledge
as well as my finacial status by moving to other
organisation which would help me to improve my knowledge as
well as improve my skills and earn a few bugs more than
previous organisation and serve my best to the

the customers about the product and If customer feel
anythig difficult about the product they are providing

call centre is that centre where we making calls to the
customers for sales or marketing their products. In term of
call center terminology it can be said as in bound and out
bound. This is basic meaning of any call centre.

Best Friend
Nadeem is truly my best friend. He is always there for me.
He knows everything about me; even my secrets. I can't keep
anything from him! He is the person who will help me when I
am down, turn my frown upside-down, and make me feel better
about myself. I can't imagine any better of a friend. I love
him more than anything and I would die for him. Nadeem and I
are always together; no matter where we are! We go to places
like the mall and movies, to the mountains and lakes!
Together we go most everywhere!

I am so lucky to have him and I couldn't live without him.
It's hard to find a friend like him. Without him I would not
be as happy as I am now. Through good and bad times, I'm
positive that forever we will still remain friends. He's a
friend that I could and will never forget. Nadeem can tell
if I'm lying even if I am keeping a straight face! I don't
know how he does it! We think so alike and its like were
communicating with our minds! At the same time were always
thinking the same thing or have the same idea. Even if I did
try to lie to him, he knows me so well; he could tell I was
lying.

You may just have good friends that you can count on
sometimes, but to be dependable on a person and knowing they
will be there for you, it's hard to find someone like that.
He helps me through my toughest times, and is there for my

not to buy! Together we are unstoppable! We also help each
other with schoolwork, and family and friends problems. It's
hard to find a friend like that. We have so many inside
jokes that nobody would understand unless they were there,
or if they were just us! Not everyone gets our stupid jokes,
and they might think that there immature and childish, but
together we make them funny and get a good laugh out of it!
She's the kind of person that I could never lie to. Our
friendship is so strong that we can get through anything.
She also knows all my expressions and how I sound when I'm
hyper, frustrated, depressed, annoyed, or happy.

CHILD LABOUR
CHILD LABOUR IS CURSE FOR INDIA. Only POVERTY and HUNGER
leads to CHILD LABOUR INDIA HAS GREAT POPULATION. RATE OF
POPULATION IS INCRISING DAY BY DAY. A BIG RATIO OF PEOPLE
ARE ILLITERATE. DUE TO THEIR IGNORANCE
THEY ARE NOT AWARE FOR THEIR FUTURE. THIS IS BEING VERY HARD
TO FEED EVERY INCREASING MOUTH. CHILDREN BELONGS TO POOR
FAMILY DONT GO TO SCHOOL CAUSE OF MONEY AND THEIR PARENTS
SEND THEM FOR WORKING IN HOTELS, TEA SHOPS ETC.INDIAN GOVT
IS MAKING A NUMBER OF SCHEMS FOR POOR CHILDREN BUT WE CAN'T
GET ALL THE BENEFITS DUE TO LACKNESS OF
KNOWLEDGE. THIS CHILD LABOUR AGAIN GENERATE illiteracy
,poorness ,irritaion ignorency I think child labour is not
only a crime but also a sin bcoz the duty of a child is to
study, play n enjoy but not to work n this end up their
lives as thieves, criminals etc.

India is a major home to child labor.
child lobour is one such crime that has been existing since
a long time in this poor developing country and is one of
the core reason for illetracy , poverty , slums and why our
country still is not completely developed even after more
than 60 years of it's independence .Solution to the child
labour is not to be in the form of an ACT from the Govt.,
but, every citizen must work for it. Child Labour is crime
of our country,Now this problem not available but this
awarness not enough for our village side. because many more
childs are working in lot of
places. If we have to resolve this proplem first develop our
eduction.

HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM
YOUTH SHOULD COME FORWARD TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM BECAUSE THIS
IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY. MARRIED PEOPLE SHOULD APPLY FAMILY
PLANNING AND DONT GIVE BIRTH MORE CHILDRENS. INDIAN YOUTH IS
VERY TALANTED ONE SIDE WHERE WE ARE GOING ON THE WAY OF
SUCCESS ON THE OTHER HAND THESE CHILD LABOUR ARE STILL ON
BACK FOOT .....WE ALL ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS MISRABLE
CONDITION OF CHILDRENS. THIS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EVERY
CITIZEN WE SHOULD TRY TO DO OUR BEST FOR THE WELFARE OF
THESE CHILDREN.
Any person found exploiting these young children and forcing
them to work they should be punished.every child is precious
and every child has right to live his/her life happily they
should be given education so that they can be a responsible
citizen of future india .parents should be explained that
childred should not work it is the time for them for being
happy and educating themself.we should mold these young
flowers in to a good person which will also help in creating
a happy and prosperous india.so this is the duly of every
ciizen to help and do something for these children.

My college has a huge impact on my personality.We use to
organize events,parties(..like freshers party)we always
worked in unity and that made every event possibleour
college is not like some fancy college....its the most
strictest college in gujarat....But the management of the
college rocks....everything has a fixed date...u know the
date in which u recieve the degree even before u enter the
college campus for the first time.....everyone is sincere
over there...every lecture on time the college made me
imbibe all such qualites.

I started my collage in 2000 i used to start for the coll
inthe morning at 9.00 after reaching my caollage i used to
hangout with frens to bar and pub. i always bunked the coll
instead of attending every day.

MUSIC

music is every where in our life. you can't think world
without music.music gives relif from stress. nowdays life is
going to be tuff day by day.It is only music which gives us
fresh air for breath.there are many kind of music. old
mussic,slow music sad music, pop music , remix music,
classic music.In bolywood film music plays very inmortant
role. A film which has good music do good business. we have
all type of music which matches our life circumstancees. we
have song whenenver we have any birth.we have music for
marriage. we have music which express sadness.there is music
for joy.so in nutcell music is everywhere,somebody
says that music is god.

Music is something which touches our soul. Sometimes when we
are stressed out and dont feel like doing anything, just
tune on to some good music, it rejuvenates our mind, body
and soul.It acts as a energy drink, and we are completly
charged up. After listening to some good music we start
tapping our feet becaz of a positive energy that is catchy
and we are diverted towards it. We feel completly relaxed.
Nowdays music is used as a medicine for various ailments,
for people suffering from depression, stess, lack of sleep
etc. When we work in hectic schedule and if the music is on,
we feel happy and enjoy our work. Thats it.

I will preffer love marriage with the permission of my
parent in this way both the parts are safe for me nighter my
parent nor my lover may be angry.And more over I am the son
of my parent they have given birth to me and my lover loves
me so I have to take a dission both the side
balancing both the sides.

Arange marriage bcoz they give us stability & marriage
arrange by our parents & they always with u. If any marital
Discord they can consult & their advise is vey handy. in
arange marrige we dont know each other but this progress
give us a very charm attraction & understanding.

golbal wraming occurs becoz of depletion of ozone layer its
a protecting layer for earth from sun if the ozone layer
gets depleted the sun rays will directly fall on earth the
depletion of ozone layer occurs mainly becoz of high
carbondioxide levels and the pollutionGlobal warming is
increase in the average temperature ofearth's surface which
can cause Antarctic and Arctic regions to melt thus
increasing the water level of sea.Due toincrease in sea
level the population situated on the coastalareas might fall
a victim to Tsunami.As 70% of land on earth is occupied by
water,the percentage may increase if the temperature is not
controlled.This can be avoided by controlling the pollution
which has a major contribution in
rising temperature.

Global warming is the average increase in the temperature of
air near earth's surface.It is mainly caused due to increase
in the amont of carbondioxide in the atmosphere causing the
depletion of ozone layer.It is a major cause of concern as
it can lead to the distinction of entire human species.It
can lead to coastal flooding,rise in the earth's temp.If it
is not controlled
now it can turn into a much hotter place and it will be
impossible to survive.It is mainly caused due to the pollution.

temperature, which in turn causes changes in climate. A
warmer Earth may lead to changes in rainfall patterns, a
rise in sea level, and a wide range of impacts on plants,
wildlife, and humans. When scientists talk about the issue
of climate change, their concern is about global warming
caused by human activities

MOST MEMORABLE DAY

My most memorable day of my life is when i was studying
inter. after completed my exams we planned for picnic. all
of my classmates were went for the picnic and enjoyed a lot
with my freinds after that we were having lunch in
restaurant,mean while one of my classmate came and proposed
to me,at the time i was not able talk her because i never
talked with her so far. i didn't accepet and give some
suggestion to her this was not correct time to love.but she
didn't hear my words and told me again "i will wait for you
till you get marry me"

FAVOURITE PLACE

My favourite place is my home town, good agricultural
development, as i like the sand smell at evening times, i
wish i will be there for a long time out of my home station
there is pond I am intrested to be there for a long time.

FAVOURITE CRICKETER

My favourite cricketer is SACHIN RAMESH TENDULAKAR.He is god
of CRICKET.He is such great batsman in the world who have
all time against playing faster attack also he has great
foot work playing against spinners. He made over 40
centuries in Test as well as One Day format.also he taken
over 100 wickets under ODI format. He played his debut test
match against PAK.on his 1st tour he makes his mark by
facing wasim akram.great Imaran Khan and waqar yunis and he
shows his great foot work against Abdul Qadir who is best
all time leg spinner at that time in world

Sachin tendulakr have all kind shots in his arms.

Sachin Tendulkar is played for Mumbai and in his debut match
he make not out against gujrath at vankhade at age of 15
years 64 days. I stop watching cricket after sachin retired
from cricket.

ROLE MODEL

My roll model is my "Mother", She is a post graduated. I
would like to be like my mom mostly because of her
character, sensitive thinking, Soft hearted & also helpful.
She teaches me what is right and what is wrong. She treats
me like her Friend. If any of our neighbor is in problem, My
Mom is the first person to help them.

MOVIE JAANE TU YAA NAA JANE NAA

The movie tells the story of Jai and Aditi, who are two
amongst a group of college friends. They are especially
close, leading everyone to believe they are a couple. When
they graduate from college, Aditi's parents invite Jai home
to discuss future plans and marriage. Jai and Aditi are
shocked and insist that they do not have romantic
inclinations towards each other.

Aditi, quick-tempered and prone to extremities in life,

into fights to protect her. Jai, on the other hand, is a

because of the feelings they have for one another with which
they are struggling. At a birthday party of one their
friends, Jai is taken aback by seeing Aditi being kissed by
Sushant, her fiancé. Subsequently, realizing his long-hidden
feelings for Aditi, Jai breaks off with Meghna. Meanwhile,
Aditi starts becoming aware of the travails attached to
dating someone hot-tempered and prone to getting into
fights. Her relationship with Sushant ends violently when
she confesses to him her hidden feelings for Jai. They break
up, and she decides to go to the US to pursue a film-making
course.

Jai gets back at Sushant for hitting Aditi. This only lands
him in jail, but owing to a typically crazy turn of events
involving his royal cousins from (Rajasthan) and a horse, he
makes it to the airport where he stops Aditi from leaving
and confesses his feelings.

At the end of the film, the couple, happily married and back
from their honeymoon, are received at the airport by their
college group and a new admirer of their love story.
