Ya dear it is true that /# means year.
it means that for first 3 years ur basic pay will be
increased by Rs. 215
For next three years it will increse by 335 Rs and so on.
For more clarification u can refer any Income tax book nd
it u are commerce gradute then u can get it in taxations.

How do we as idle without thinking the salary??? My friend
got job in state govt in 2007 . He bought 13,000/ per month
( incl of all) but after 6th pay comm. he is getting more
than 23k.In Govt Jobs they r giving many benefits and many
ways 4 earning.

Frankly to say, very few will come to this clerical job
without keeping salary in their mind.Eventhough getting
loans r easy, more than 3/4 of sal. will go 4 the loans.
Then how a Bank Clerk will run her/his life???

How many middle class married bank clerk running her/his
life without debts???

Please anyone tell which is good job . State Govt Job /
Central Govt Job / IT Job / Other Private Job / Bank
Job?????

Coz i m having options for IT, Private , State Govt Jobs. I
dont know whether i will be selected or not for this SBI
Clerk Job. I m a Middle class person n i have to take care
for my family. I have completed all formalities for the
post of same clerk job in state court. I have time to join
in it.

Meanwhile i have been called from an MNC Company in the
Accounts Section.

Please Guide me friends.

anyone preparing for sbi po main, can tell which books or
material should be referred for mains?
regarding the DI part will it be similar to the prelms
section of QA...?

Hi priya, no d result is nt declared uptill nw... bt, v
should be prepared fr the mains...as d results will b
declared 15 days before d exam, so we would b left wid less
time to prepare...

no.if work is not upto the expectation they will increase
the probation period and will not dismiss anyone,in the
public sector banks,there is very less chance that they
dismiss anyone,they might take some other action such as
transfer or any other,so u need not fear.

oh thank god there is some people also here who thinks for
others hey ANIL and MADHVI I am really completly agreed
with both of you but don't know why they r thinking about
salary now after attending interview they should think this
before attending the interview because they clearly told
that the salary structure would be like this at the time of
filling up forms.........but it depends upon them......so
just think about you only now because now nobody can do
anything...!!!

hello purbasha,,, nobody is sure abt the result,. but my
uncle who is sbi manager,. was telling me that the process
of sbi po recruitment is allredy pending,. so the result
would be declared before 20 nov. surely., dont worry and
say cheese

I have all my service certificates of current and previous employer attested by hr of the company in the original one,do i need to again attest photocopies of the same(i.e service certificates) with a government officer or just xerox of the original certificate is enough. can any one respond to the query at the earliest as my interview of 7th may I have done attestation on the other photocopies of the certificates.

Hi friends i attended SBH interview in Andhrapradesh State Region on 23.05.2009 at 11:35 hrs. It is fine. If you have any doubts about verification of documents and interview feel free to call 9492038751. There were three members in interview panel sitting on sofa and i was offered a chair to sit on. Now the inter view questions are : What is speciality of you district ? Ans. Important pilgrimage centres and tourist spots What is your father ? Why there is big gap after ur last education ? What are Newtons laws of motion ? (I am Diplomo candidate) What are todays main news ? What is ATM ? What is micro finance ? Who won Nobel prize from Bangladesh on micro finance ? Do u know hindi ? What is our rashtra basha ? ( Not rajya basha ) Do u read new papers daily ? Which english daily u read ? Ans : I said Hindu News Paper Do u know rifle shooting ? (as i am a NCC candidate) That's all friends. But i gathered some good information useful for this SBH interview also. I have attended interview class in a coaching centre also. Recently i had an interview in SBI on 3rd of MAY. The interview question was as: 1) Tell me 7 wonders ? 2) Who is CM of Karnataka ? 3) How many district in Karnataka ? 4) since my native place is Ramgarh so interviewer asked me that any famous movie based upon this location ? 5) since i am from technical background so they asked me about RAM , Processor , Bluetooth ? 6) They asked some question from current affairs like what is UID and what is census ? 7) What do u know about SBI ? I answred all the question except how many district in Karnataka. Thats it guys. The interview was full of fun. When i answered that movie sholey is based uopn place Ramgarh the moment on that time was funny. All interviwer laughed and i too. There were three interviewer in the room. In front of me the male interviewer had an age of 40-50. In my left side male interviewer had an age of 40-50. In my left side female interviewer had an age of 30-40.
