i finished my interview on 21st..
My questions are... As soon as i entered te room they
asked me to take the seat.. then 1st person asked,as some
thing about my positive points.. i said that i have
confidence,leadership,bold.. then they asked to same
about my famaiy.. since my father is railway , they asked
about the minister of railway,then about metro train
project in chennai.. then about mayavati, here i got
confused,said cm of delhi and then cm of UP.then asked
about CM of delhi.. then the other person asked what are
all the new schemes in sbi.. i said high interest rate..
they asked me to say in specific.. i said i dont know..
later about sbi chairman, rbi governor,and the person who
signs in the note.. later they asked whether i will go
to south district if i am posted,, i said yes sir.. he
insisted,since u r a girl,will u go..i said after knowing
about everything only i applied.. they just were
playing and making fun of me.. it all went very jolly..
finally one sir asked even u have to go to hill, like
ooty .kunnor.. i said that i will go and also said if i get
a chance to go there,i will be happy and find it as a
chance to enjoy the nature. at this place only i convinced
him ... every one was happy and satisfied with my answer..
with very smiling face they said that i may go.. thats
it got over

Hi friends,

FIrst of all i am really disappointed with someone who
belongs to kolkata but didn't contact me when i as in deep
problem regarding my candidtaure in the Interview.

Any ways, BEST OF WISHES TO ALL aspirants of interview,

I would like to apoliogise to enter my experience here as
my interview was over at aobut 6 pm yesterday, but i cud
not really get the time to post the same.

In Kolkata there r 6 boards at a venue:-
each board comprises of 15 candidates dailys
there r around 5-6 venues in kolkata and the interview were
conducted form 13-24th September.

They are very cool and supportive in the interview,
they will make u feel comfortable, so don't panic k
They asked me the first question about my current job,
what do i do, as i m related to law,
they asked me about Contracts, Limitation Act, Power of
Attorney,
Turnover of my Company, projects goin on in kolkata,
after that they asked me what is CAsh flow, Diff. between
CAsh and FUnd flows, need of Cash Flow,
apart from that my family background,
Introduction of Reserver Bank of India,
Self Introduction,
Why u want to join SBI
were the questions.

Sorry friends that i may not post the replies of further
questions as i m facing problems in teh internet and also
my computer will be sealed hereafter by MIcrosoft Windows.
PIRACY MATTER, U people too be beware MS is performing RAID
in offices and sealing the comp.
This incident made a loss of 3 days in the interview ans
most of my data bank was on computer nad it was sealed,
just now we are allows to open it to tkae back up,
so soorry for that,

yes. the PO exam held on 12th Oct. Just today i recieved
SMSon my mobile, and the email informing me that i have
passed the preliminary exam, and now, mibving forward, i
have to appear for the main exam on november. But still now
i didn't get any call letter or anything by post.. maybe i
will get it in course of time..

Now the booklet says nothing abt the main exam. Is it going
to be a similiar exam like the prelims , with objeective
type , or a more complicated exam with essays, precis
writing, and so on..

So far, i have no idea about the main exam. IF someone,
would share some ideas out of their experience, i would be
obliged.
