patch mngmt means that to upgrade a windows server
microsoft release patches those patches can be for OS or it
can be for applications too.

We use these patches bcoz we want to be up to date with all
softwares and tools that we use in those servers.

Basic reqirement is that from the client we have to contact
to microsoft server one day in a week in we have to check
with those people who r using that server for which we are
going to apply patch.
