FAT is defined as File Allocation Table and NTFS is defined
as New Technology File System.
FAT is used in Previous versions of OS NT,98,95.
In NTFS we can secure files and folders.

fat is two three type fat 12,fat16,fat32
fat not support more space of save data in hard disk
but ntfs supports more space in hard disk
& ntfs give the sheyer security

FAT is stand for file allocation table. its two types fat16
and fat32. the minimum cluster size that fat16 can support
is 32kB and fat32 can support 4kB.if you want dual booting
you have to format drive in which xp willbe install with
fat32. fat support only shared level security not folder
level and ntfs support both type of security.
