corporate guarantee to my best of knowledge need not be
registered. there is no difference between a guarantee and
corporate guarantee. section 17 of registration Act which
deals with documents to be registered does not speak about
guarantee. guarantee is just an agreement which need not be
registered.

The corporate guarantee needs to be executed on a stamp
paper. Perhaps it need not be registered with the Registrar
of Companies as one does normally while creating
hypothecation charge or mortgage of immovable properties of
a company
