EXTRACTION,
TRASFORMATION
AND LODING.
THIS IS ONE OF THE ETL TOOL IN DWH.
ETL: WE HAVE TO FETCH THE DATA FROM MULTIPLE SOURCES.
EX:ORACLE,XML,FLATFILES ETC..............
THEN DATA GOES TO STAGING AREA.
HERE ACCORDING CLENT REQUIREMENT WE NEED TO CLEANSING
SCRUBBING AND AGGREGATING DATA IN STAGINGAREA.
IF WE NEED TRANSFORMATION WITH THE HELP OF TRANSFORMATION
TRANFER DATA INTO TRANSFORMATION.
FINALLY LOADING DATA INTO DWH OR TARGET DWH.
FOR THIS PURPOSE WE NEED TO USE ETL TOOL.

Data might come from different sources.ETL is a concpt of
datawarehousing.Dataware house holds the data marts which
is related to heterogenious data.
So before store the data in datawarehouse, ETL is used for
staging purpose of data.
The abreviation of ETL is Extraction,Trasform and Loading.
ETL tools perform extraction of data from different source,
hen it transform into usable data and load the ransformed
data into Datawarehouse.
