For example, Google page.
It has got lot of functions in it like image,video,
blog,web, news,etc.
This Google page can be taken as the test scenario.Since it
has got lot of functionalities we cannot write a big
description for that.So, this Test scenario can be
subdivided and Test cases can be written for each
functions.This simplifies the description.

I will give you small example for this.
example :- system keyboard.
Here we can consider Keyboard is Scenario.
then consider the keys in this board are testcases.
while taking the above scenario(Keyboard) we can describe
the whole keys in the keyboard.describing the about each
key is called testcases.

Test scenario is a broader picture compared to the test
case. For eg : Login to an application.
Test case is how to execute the test scenario, there can be
different ways. For eg. enter correct user id and password
is the first test case based on the test scenario.
The 2nd test case could be entering the wrong user id and
correct password.
