Configuration Management is the control of changes,
including the recording thereof, that are made to the
hardware, software, firmware, and documentation throughout
the system lifecycle.
Configuration management is useful when developing new
version of softwares

C.M.is Change control system.Whenever changes are
made in software new version of same software is prepared.
The Current state of Software is baselined(Frozen)changes
are made in next state during SDLC.It is known as C.M.
