In that case it should be the enviremental issue and tester
should try to reproduced in his testing envirement, if it
is occure then it should be reported to developer and needs
to resolved envirement issue and if it is not occure in
tester envirement then that Bug should be closed and needs
to mentioned it that it is not observed aging so that if it
happens in future it will be tracked.

In that time tester participated in escalation/meeting share the bug report to all and he will understand the all requirements of the projects.or call to the customer.this is very help full to understand the requirements .
