1 MOLE=ATOMIC WEIGHT OF HYDROGEN (H2)=1*2=2GMS.
SINCE 2gms of hydrogen produced heat of 290kj
hence 1gms of hydrogen produced heat of 290/2 kj
hence 4gms of hydrogen will produce heat of 290/2*4=580kj.
